Add item component supports 4 different predefined themes. Themes are chosen depending on the use case and environment.
`dashes` - used outside the card. Also can be used inside the card when table/list contains images.
`plain` - used only inside the card when table/list consists of text mainly.
`filled` - having greater visual weight, this theme is used when a series of items need to be added or if the prominent call to action is needed. Used only inside the card.
`image` - Used specifically for adding images. Used inside the card.
