Polyfill URL and URLSearchParams

### Polyfill URL and URLSearchParams to match last ES7 specifications

Tested on IE 10+

#### Install
```
npm i url-polyfill --save
```

Example:

```js

```
- hash: `"page0"`
- host: `"www.yahoo.com"`
- hostname: `"www.yahoo.com"`
