This report displays the activity of TRC notifications to attendees of training. In order for a user to receive a survey invitation, the TRC must receive notification of the User's Completion. This is received once the Instructor marks the User as Attended/Completed in the LMS. According to business rules, this manual update should happen within 14 days of the course completion (SO End Date). Therefore, the TRC will only send a notification between ONE and FIFTEEN days after the SO End Date, outside of this, users will not be notified.
