The Service Excellence Report is generated using the following details:

Productive Toyota Job Positions for reporting:

 * 6421 - DMT/Technical Advisor
 * 6601 - Technician
 * 6320 - Road Tester
 * 6347 - Workshop Foreman
 * 6245 - Apprentice

## Service Excellence Criteria

| Requirement |
| --------- |
| 100% of total productive technicians Service Tech Certified |
| 50% of total productive technicians Pro Tech Certified |
| 20% of total productive technicians Diagnosis Tech Certified |
| Minimum: 1 DT Hybrid Specialist |
| Minimum: 1 DT Electrical Specialist |

Additional Notes:

A technician has Diagnosis Technician certification status when they have certification in at least one DT specialist area. (Engine, Chassis, Electrical or Hybrid)

Master Technician certification is currently not calculated.
