## Elearning Training & Exams

## Face To Face Training Sessions

| All face to face training scheduled by Toyota and conducted by an approved {{BRAND}} Trainer/Representative and is conducted: In-dealership, Training Venue or Regional Office. |||
| **Virtual Classroom / Webinar Session** Eg Online virtual/webinar sessions as scheduled by {{NAME}}. | Half a day(1-3 hours) | 500 Points &/or 2 hours training allocation |
| **Half day Training** Eg Sales Policy & Audit Training, Problem Solving 4 Dealers | Half day (4-6 hours) | 1000 Points &/or 4 hours training allocation |
| **1 Day Training** Eg Dealer Safety Training, Sales Skills (Parts & Service), Increase your Market Share etc | 1 Day (8 hrs) | 2,000 Points &/or 8 hours training allocation |
| **2 Days Training** Eg Managing the Service Department, Dealership Simulation Program | 2 days(16 hours) | 5,000 Points &/or 16 hours training allocation |
| **5 Day Training** Eg Future Dealer Leaders Program - FDP1, FDP2, FDP3, FDP4, FDP5 & FDP6 Training Session | 5 days (40 hours) | 10,000 Points &/or 40 hours training allocation |
## Sales Product New Model Training / Roadshow or Forum

## Sales Walkaround Competition

Sales Society points will only be awarded to eligible Sales staff. Sales Society Training Points & Training Hours will be allocated as per the above matrix. Full training day/s attendance must be adhered to before points & hours will be allocated. E.G 9am to 5pm When attending a training session please ensure you sign the attendance register in order for your Sales Society Points/Hours to be allocated.
