Use of unrestrained non-genuine floor mats, or incorrectly installed/secured mats, or mats not specifically designed for the vehicle may result in interference with the driver’s foot pedals and may affect vehicle control. Dealers are therefore reminded of the importance of correct installation of genuine accessory floor mats to vehicles during Sales, Pre-delivery and Servicing.
