Toyota has partnered with the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and attached are copies of Toyota’s Nationally Recognised Management Programs which contain a formal qualification

            <p>This program has been developed to ensure Managers or those being prepared for management positions, have the understanding and ability to apply core management principles. The course materials contain Toyota and Dealership-specific material to ensure relevant application to the dealership environment. </p><p>Upon successful completion of this program you will be rewarded with a Certificate IV in Leadership & Management qualification.             <h3>Advanced Diploma of Management</h3>
            <p>This program has a variety of management sessions that have been designed to prepare your top-line management staff to participate in a program that challenges, motivates and excites them about the future evolution and success of your Dealership. The program is run over 3 years, with several 5 day sessions held every <br>4-5 months in various locations. </p> <p>The program concludes with an optional Genchi Genbutsu study tour to Japan.</p>

Both programs offer a combination of practical and theoretical content which provides participants with the opportunity to explore their strengths and weaknesses within their Dealership. An open forum environment is provided, enabling the group to share, compare and learn from each other&rsquo;s experiences and knowledge, meaning participants walk away  with the necessary skills to effectively lead their Dealership to future growth.
