This is a 3 year program with an optional study tour to Japan. Sessions of up to 5 days will be held throughout the year, at various locations around Australia.

Sessions will provide exposure to a wide variety of Dealership experiences and guest speakers as well as face to face training sessions covering topics including but not limited to:

*   Managing people performance
*   Leading change & continuous improvement
*   Customer first planning for growth
*   Dealership Safety
*   Strategic Planning
