The Training Team strongly encourages dealers to review dealership and department training requirements. When viewing these Training GAP Reports, there is a wealth of information at your dealership's fingertips. With this in mind, it's important to remember to ensure you:
* Review training already completed by your employees
* Review courses not completed by your employees, showing the potential for enrolments in subsequent courses (Courses not completed appear as GREY GAPs)
* Consult with your employees, to determine which courses require competency
* Identify preferred enrolment course date/s utilising the 2013 Training Calendar

The Gap Reports are available for download online. To access your Gap Report, navigate to the relevant department page and follow the link. This Function is only available to managers.
