This incorrect information is contained in the recently distributed 4x2 and 4x4 Saver. Details of the incorrect specifications and corrections are as follows: ### 4x4 Saver: * V6 manual option inclusion within specification table – this variant is not available. * Turbo-diesel differential ratio (rear) automatic incorrect – this should read 3.727 * SR Turbo-diesel Double-cab Cab-chassis Dimension incorrect – this should read 4980 * SR Turbo-diesel Double-cab Pick-up 5-speed auto transmission with AI shift control – this variant is not available * SR5 Petrol Double-cab Pick-up 5 speed manual transmission – this variant is not available * SR5 Petrol Double-cab Pick-up 5 speed manual transmission seating capacity to be deleted – this variant is not available * SR5 Turbo-diesel Double-cab Pick-up 5-speed auto transmission with AI shift control – this variant is not available * SR5 Double-cab leather accented seats – available as an option on T/D models only * Lap type seat belt for rear centre seat position not available – this is now a 3-point seatbelt ### 4x2 Saver: * V6 manual option inclusion within specification table – this variant is not available. * WorkMate Petrol Double-cab Pick-up seating capacity – this should read 5 * SR Petrol Double-cab Pick-up 5-speed manual transmission to be deleted – this variant is not available * SR Petrol Double-cab Pick-up 5-speed manual transmission seating capacity to be deleted – this variant is not available * WorkMate Double-cab front centre seat lap seatbelt – this feature is not available * Lap type seat belt for rear centre seat position not available – this is now a 3-point seatbelt * SR Single-cab model interior image displays an incorrect audio ### Immediate Steps: Both Savers will be updated as part of a reprint and will be redistributed to the Dealer Network as soon as possible. As a result, the Savers containing the inaccurate claims must not be passed on to customers. To do so would involve a breach of Section 18 of Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act, which prohibits misleading and deceptive conduct, and could expose both TMCA and you as the issuing Dealer to liability. For this reason you must ensure that Savers containing the inaccurate information are: * **not passed on to customers;** and * **immediately destroyed.** We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
