The core of the TRC Client

To assist you in finding the exact user you want, you can either search by name or by dealership.

To search by name, try entering the name of the user you wish to view the TRC as. If you are having issues trying to find a user, try using a smaller section of their name (i.e. Gle Rya instead of Glenn Ryan). Or, use it as a free text area by inserting `/` at the beginning (i.e. `/service` to see all service department users, or `/Illawarra` to see all staff from Illawarra Toyota).

Alternatively, find the name of the dealership in the drop down box to view the available users. You can filter staff via department to make selecting the user easier.

_Please note: when Switching User, you are in fact viewing the site as that user, and any activity you undertake will be recorded against that user's account (ie.cancellation of enrolments etc.)_
