{{NAME}} understands dealers may need to modify or substitute an employee/s training enrolment. Managers are freely able to modify and substitute enrolments from their dealership on the Training Resource Centre (TRC). If this is not possible, please email <{{EMAIL}}>. To ensure your dealership is not charged twice, you must notify us if you are substituting a staff member for a course inside 21 days of the start date. Substitutions must be actioned no later than the day before the course start date.
