## Installation

```

```

## Usage

```javascript
var toPercentage = require('to-percentage')

toPercentage(0.12345, 2)  // => '12.35%'
toPercentage(0.12341, 2)  // => '12.34%'
toPercentage(0.123456789, 0)  // => '12%'
```
