## to-boolean-x

Converts argument to a value of type Boolean.

### `module.exports(value)` ⇒ <code>boolean</code> ⏏

The abstract operation ToBoolean converts argument to a value of type Boolean.

**Kind**: Exported function  
**Returns**: <code>boolean</code> - 'true' if value is truthy; otherwise 'false'.

**Example**
