# Terms of Use
By using this project, you agree to the following terms:
## 1. Responsible and Lawful Usage
This project is intended for legal, ethical, and constructive purposes. You are free to use, modify, and share it for creative works, including but not limited to storytelling, roleplay, artistic expression, educational purposes, scientific research, and other forms of creative expression, as long as these activities remain within fictional contexts or contribute positively to the advancement of knowledge, and do not promote harmful or discriminatory actions in the real world. Creative works may include complex themes, characters, and narratives that explore difficult or controversial subjects, but they should never be interpreted as an endorsement or encouragement of harmful behavior in real life. The project encourages freedom of expression and creativity, but real-world actions must respect the rights, dignity, and well-being of others, comply with applicable laws, and not cause intentional harm to others.
Misuse of this project for harmful or unlawful activities is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Engaging in actions that violate laws or regulations;
- Using the project to develop, distribute, or promote malware, spyware, or any other malicious software;
- Violating the privacy, safety, or rights of others;
- Promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination in any form.
These restrictions are in place to protect against abuse while ensuring that the project can be used for its intended purpose: fostering creative, constructive, fair use, and the advancement of education and scientific knowledge. They are not meant to restrict legitimate creative expression or the use of the project for positive, educational, and lawful activities.
## 2. License

## 3. Good Faith Clause
Users are expected to act in good faith. Any attempts to exploit or reinterpret these terms in a way that bypasses their intended spirit may result in revocation of permission to use this project.
