# Taptap CLI – Usage Terms

By using this software, you agree to the following:

## 1. LICENSE:
   - This software is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC-BY-NC-ND-4.0).
   - You must retain all copyright and license notices.
   - You must provide appropriate attribution to the original author.

## 2. RESTRICTIONS:
   - **Commercial Use Prohibited**: You may not use this software for commercial purposes.
   - **No Derivatives**: You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on this software.
   - **No Rebranding**: You are not allowed to rebrand, resell, or redistribute this CLI tool under a different name.
   - **API Security**: Unauthorized use of API endpoints (e.g., deploy, upload) without valid login credentials is prohibited.

## 3. MONITORING:
   - Your IP address, UUID, and email may be logged during usage for security and abuse prevention.
   - Abuse of this tool may result in permanent bans.
