## 1.3.0 - Released 2021/06/05
1. update deps and change node testing to 10, 12, 14, 16.
2. switch from mocha to tap
3. switch back to nave from nvs (nvs is stale, and we're stopping using a windows vm).
4. back to a single VM in Travis CI due to new restrictions.
5. add 2021 to license.
6. rewrite scripts to my newer simplified style.
7. move `index.js` to root cuz it's the only "lib" file.
8. update Strung to use new streaming API `_final()` function.
9. update Strung to use `StringDecoder` to properly handle decoding `Buffer` chunks.
10. revise Strung to store String chunks in an array and concatenate them when user accesses `strung.string` property (it caches the result, and, invalidates cached result if more is added, in case it's accessed while streaming is still going on).
11. added more tests for `StringDecoder` and `_final`.
12. update README with new description, features list, and revised code example.

12. remove the '.coffee' when requiring the 'sinker.coffee' file
13. remove all the encoding stuff, instead, let them use `Readable.setEncoding()` and `Writable.setDefaultEncoding()`. Note: this may be a "breaking change" needing a new major version, but, fortunately, no one is using this library except me, and, I never used the `encoding` setting. So, I'm going to just bump the minor version.
