Thanks to @skobkars for updates to include all Dexcom users.
Dexcom has update their authentication system, and new-style Dexcom accounts
use email addresses to login.

  * update tests for UAM
  * record new results from npm install
  * Merge branch 'master' of github.com:skobkars/share2nightscout-bridge into dev
  * removed failures counter from main body
  * Updated authentication / login process to allow using non-alphanumeric characters in usernames
  * Bump for dev
