This document constitutes a license agreement ("Agreement") concerning software and related documentation (collectively, the "Software") associated with VisualCamp. By using, copying, modifying, merging, publishing, distributing, sublicensing, and/or selling copies of the Software, or by permitting the Software to be used to provide services to third parties, the individual or entity engaging in such activities ("You") agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
VisualCamp grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for commercial purposes. This license allows You to distribute the Software, provided that such distribution includes this License Agreement and an acknowledgement that VisualCamp is the provider of the Software.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not (and may not permit any third party to) modify, translate, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent that this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. VisualCamp reserves all rights not expressly granted to You in this Agreement. VisualCamp retains ownership of all copies of the Software and Intellectual Property Rights therein.

4. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall VisualCamp be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

6. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from VisualCamp if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, You shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement
