# Data collection ![Graph of recorded temperature values](/static/courses/ucp-science/data-collection/temperature-graph.jpg) This lesson introduces the student to using the @boardname@ to take measurements and report the results. A few brief experiments are presented and data collected from the experiments is graphed in the MakeCode editor.
