This is an npm module design to perform common uses with pVelocity's pvserver

### ``removeEntityRelationshipGroupAndFields(meta, entity, relationshipPatterns, [not])``
Removes relationship ``relationshipPatterns`` groups and fields for ``entity``.
- `meta` `<Object>`
- `entity` `<String>`
- `relationshipPatterns` `<Array>`
- `not` `<Boolean>`: Optional, default is `false`
