<p><code>protoparser init [target_dir]</code> creates a minimal ProtoML project structure with a <code>meetings/</code> folder, a shared <code>_tags.pml</code>, and a starter <code>main.pml</code>.</p>
<p>It is recommended to wrap the target directory path in double quotes.</p>
