PostCSS plugin that make Tailwind CSS function with parent selectors (like dark:) work in Angular components

```js
plugins: [

]
```

result:

```css
.dark .test {
  color: red;
}
```
transforms to:
```css
.dark .test, :host-context(.dark) .test {
  color: red;
}
```
