<p>There are 4 types of address:</p>

<li>Multi public key based (m, n)</li>
<li>Contract based</li>
<li>ONT ID based</li>
</ol>
<p>The value is stored as base58 or hex encoded, therefore always use
toBase58() or serialize() according to requirements.</p>
