# How ONE Empire Works: The Agency Model
## The Opportunity
Token founders are excellent at marketing but terrible at infrastructure. They will happily pay **$5,000 - $15,000** for a robust, cross-chain presale platform that "just works."
ONE Empire gives you the factory to produce these platforms instantly.
## The Deployment Lifecycle
### 1. Client Acquisition
You find a client launching a token on Base, Sui, or Solana.
- **The Pitch:** "I can build you a custom presale site that accepts ETH, SOL, and BTC natively, with zero bridge friction for your investors."
### 2. The 10-Minute Setup
You don't write code. You configure the engine.
1. **Clone Repo:** Use the ONE Empire codebase.
2. **Config:** Update `wrangler.toml` with the Client's Treasury Addresses.
3. **Brand:** Update `theme.json` with the Client's Logo and Colors.
4. **Deploy:** Push the Worker to Cloudflare and the Site to Vercel.
### 3. The Handover (White Label)
The client gets:
- A beautiful, high-conversion presale site.
- A Telegram Bot for their community.
- An Admin Dashboard to track their raise.
**They do not see "ONE Protocol" anywhere.** To them, this is _your_ proprietary technology.
### 4. The Profit
- **Setup Fee:** You charge $5,000 upfront.
- **Retainer:** You charge $500/mo for "maintenance" (keeping the RPCs alive).
- **Your Cost:** $0 (Cloudflare Free Tier).
