source for ncahec-northwest-theme npm module.  used in packaging web services for use with regional themes without reliance on the respective regional website.

Updating
===========
* clone this repository
* create a branch and make your changes in the _src/_ folder
* run `npm install`
* run `npm run dev` to start the server
* preview your changes by opening _localhost:3000_ in your browser
* update the version in the package.json file
* push your branch and create a pull request

**don't change the following lines in _assets/index.html_**
