## What Was Done

### 1. Fixed All 40 ESLint Warnings ✅
- Replaced all `any` types with proper TypeScript types
- Used `Record<string, unknown>` for flexible objects
- Used specific type assertions where needed
- Added `eslint-disable` only where intentional

### 2. Verified Build Process ✅
- **Build**: ZERO errors, ZERO warnings
- **Lint**: ZERO errors, ZERO warnings
- **TypeScript**: ZERO compilation errors
- All output bundles generated successfully

### 3. Documented All Placeholders ✅
Created `docs/KNOWN_LIMITATIONS.md` documenting:
- Storage detection placeholder (web platform limitation)
- Certificate pinning placeholder (web platform limitation)
- iOS file operations placeholders (needs production implementation)

### 4. Verified Firebase Integration ✅
Created `docs/FIREBASE_INTEGRATION_TRACKER.md`:
- ✅ All 3 Firestore indexes properly defined
- ✅ All queries covered by indexes
- ✅ Security rules properly configured
- ✅ NO Firebase errors or issues
- ✅ Firebase ONLY used in example-app (not core plugin)

### 5. Migrated to pnpm ✅
- Added `packageManager` field to package.json
- Updated all scripts from npm to pnpm
- Updated CLAUDE.md documentation
- Verified all commands work
