Get the ZIL balance oof a wallet.

### Parameters

| Name     | Type   | Required | Description                      |
| -------- | ------ | -------- | -------------------------------- |
| `wallet` | String | Required | Wallet address holding the token |
| `token`  | String | Required | Use zero address for native ZIL  |
