Stylus plugin for mrbuilder

This plugin provides [stylus](http://stylus-lang.com/) support for mrbuilder
using the [stylus-loader](https://github.com/shama/stylus-loader).  It also
adds [nib](https://tj.github.io/nib/) support.

### Options
