The new, official motiondevelopment.top SDK for Discord.js

PROPRIETARY LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Proprietary License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on 2/06/2023, by and between Motiondevelopment.top.

Definitions.
1.1 "Software" shall mean the proprietary software product identified as "motiondevelopment.top-sdk", which includes all related documentation, as well as any future upgrades, updates, bug fixes, and other modifications provided by Mirko to the Users.

1.2 "Use" shall mean to load, execute, and otherwise employ the Software for its intended purpose, as described in the documentation.

1.3 "Users" shall mean the individuals or organizations who use or access the software or product.

1.4 "Mirko" shall mean the original owner and developer of this Software.

Grant of License.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Mirko hereby grants to the Users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to Use the Product. Users may not sublicens, assign, or otherwise transfer to any other person or entity without the prior written consent of Mirko.

Restrictions.
The license granted in Section 2 is subject to the following restrictions:

3.1 Users shall not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software, or otherwise attempt to determine its algorithms.

3.2 Users shall not use the Software for any unlawful purposes, or for any purposes not specified in this Agreement.

3.3 Users shall not remove or obscure any proprietary or confidential notices contained in the Software.

Proprietary Rights.
The Software is the sole and exclusive property of Mirko.

Warranty Disclaimer.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MIRKO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET USER'S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
