This project is distributed under an open-source license. However, the name **Luminomorphism**, the associated visual style, and terms such as “Luminomorphic UI” and “Luminomorphic Cognitive Components (LCC)” are part of an original conceptual and aesthetic framework authored by **Mihai Victor**.
Use of these terms in derivative projects, commercial products, or any form of public branding is allowed **only with written permission from the original author**.
