## پیش‌گفتار | Preamble

این پروانه شرایط قانونی برای استفاده، تکثیر و توزیع نرم‌افزار kytkat و آثار مشتق از آن را تعیین می‌کند.
This license establishes legal terms for using, reproducing, and distributing kytkat software and its derivatives.

۱.۱ "پروانه" یا "License": شرایط مندرج در این سند

۱.۲ "اعطاکننده" یا "Licensor": امیرحسین محمدی فرد، مالک حقوقی پروژه kytkat
      "Licensor": Amir Hussein Muhammadi Fard, legal owner of kytkat project

۱.۳ "شما" یا "You": هر فرد یا نهادی که از این پروانه استفاده می‌کند
      "You": Any individual or entity exercising permissions under this License

۱.۴ "کار اصلی" یا "Work": نرم‌افزار kytkat با تمام اجزای آن
      "Work": The kytkat software including all its components

## بخش ۲: اعطای حقوق | Section 2: Grant of Rights

۲.۱ اعطاکننده به شما اجازه می‌دهد:
     Licensor grants you permission to:

- استفاده از کار اصلی برای هر منظوری (تجاری/غیرتجاری)

۳.۱ هنگام توزیع کار اصلی یا آثار مشتق، باید:

- اعلان حق تکثیر اصلی را حفظ کنید

- کپی کامل این پروانه را ضمیمه کنید

۳.۲ اگر کار شامل فایل NOTICE باشد، باید محتوای آن را در توزیع‌ها حفظ کنید.
