- Optimising compiler - merge all words that don't contain jumps or jump destinations
- Rename dataStack, wordDefinitions, Header, defheader, defjs, defword
- Remove public access to stack, definitions
- Implement backtick for js interop?
- Go through `starting forth` to make sure all the examples work
