Raspberry Pi node.js module for e-papers controlled by IT8951

In adition to the requirements of the main library, this example requires `canvas` the canvas packages dependencies. Install by running:
```
sudo apt-get install build-essential libcairo2-dev libpango1.0-dev libjpeg-dev libgif-dev librsvg2-dev 
```
