PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

NOTICE TO USER: PLEASE READ THIS CONTRACT CAREFULLY. BY USING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOU AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS ENFORCEABLE LIKE ANY WRITTEN NEGOTIATED AGREEMENT SIGNED BY YOU.

1. DEFINITIONS
   "Software" shall mean the i18n-adapt npm package and all related components.
   "License" shall mean the rights granted to you subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
   "Commercial Use" means any use of the Software that results in financial benefit.

2. LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS
   Subject to payment of applicable fees and your compliance with this Agreement:
   
   a) EVALUATION USE: You may use the Software for evaluation purposes for 30 days without charge.
   
   b) COMMERCIAL USE: For commercial use, you must obtain a license by contacting:
      - Email: joelmachado649@gmail.com
   
   c) RESTRICTIONS: You may NOT:
      - Distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software
      - Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
      - Remove any proprietary notices or labels

3. FEES
   - Personal/Nonprofit Use: Free (with author's permission)
   - Commercial Use: $49 per project
   - Enterprise License: Contact for pricing

4. TERMINATION
   This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.

5. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
