# Limitations
## Coexistance with other Bluetooth plugins
Depending on your Bluetooth chipset and operating system you may experience difficulties if you use this plugin alongside
other plugins that use Bluetooth, such as [homebridge-bluetooth](https://www.npmjs.com/package/homebridge-bluetooth) or [homebridge-ranger](https://www.npmjs.com/package/homebridge-ranger). It is recommended that you do
not install this plugin alongside of those. If you can not aviod it, try running the plugins in different homebridge
instances.
