// Batch C + D + E — the major calendar FESTIVALS (annual, deity-keyed). Batch C
// (the first 16) runs the lunar year Chaitra → Phālguna (solar Makara Sankrānti
// near its Māgha season); Batch D (9 more) and Batch E (6 more, the long-tail /
// regional set) are appended below as further calendar passes (Chaitra →
// Kārtika), filling the narasimha/sita/parvati/surya/brahma roster and the
// karva-chauth katha + om-janakyai/parvatyai/brahmane cross-links. Each names the

// NAMES only — no computed dates, no panchang (multi-day spans like Navarātri's
// nine nights and Dīwālī's five days are carried in prose, not as date math).

// Researched sense-summaries, cross-checked ≥2 sources, shipped `reviewPending`.

// soft where multi-Purāṇic (Hanumān Jayantī, Vasant Pañcamī), and is OMITTED
// where the day is genuinely multi-strand or non-narrative (Dīwālī, Akṣaya
