### Conventional Commits Helper
rename `cli` to `chore`|`feat`|`refactor`|`fix`
```bash
cli "header" "commit message line 2" "commit message line 3"
cli -s scopename "header" "commit message line 2" "commit message line 3"
cli -s scopename "message \`code\` another message"
```
