Turns a compact format-message ast:
```js
[ "You have ", [ "numBananas", "plural", 0, {
     "=0": [ "no bananas" ],
    "one": [ "a banana" ],
  "other": [ [ '#' ], " bananas" ]
} ], " for sale." ]
```

into a pretty ICU Message Format string:
```js
`You have {
  numBananas, plural,
     =0 {no bananas}
    one {a banana}
  other {# bananas}
} for sale`
```

`npm install format-message-print --save`

```
