exports a random function (`K`), never used

exports two normal functions, has no deps

- a(add) as H(p1, p2 = 4) 
- s(subtract) as J(p1, p2)

exports a component (`G`) that uses `333333.js` a bunch

exports two components: `U` and `I`

re-exports (`U` => `E`, `I` => `F`) everything from `333333.js`

exports a component (`D`) that uses `444444.js` a bunch

exports a cjs default and a named export (`L`) by assigning L to the default export first, then setting `e.exports`

exports a cjs default and a named export (`C`) using `e.exports` for both
