# BloomBuddy - AI Chatbot Project This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with `create-next-app` and pre-configured with a custom AI chatbot. The chatbot was generated using the **AutoChat Integrator**. ## Getting Started First, set up your environment variables: 1. Rename the `.env.local.example` file in the project root to `.env.local`. 2. Open the new `.env.local` file and add your API key: ```bash # For OpenAI OPENAI_API_KEY=your_secret_api_key # Or for Google Gemini GEMINI_API_KEY=your_secret_api_key ``` Next, install the dependencies and run the development server: ```bash npm install # or yarn install # or pnpm install npm run dev # or yarn dev # or pnpm dev ``` Open [http://localhost:3000](http://localhost:3000) with your browser to see your new website with the chatbot integrated. ## Learn More To learn more about Next.js, take a look at the following resources: - [Next.js Documentation](https://nextjs.org/docs) - learn about Next.js features and API. - [Learn Next.js](https://nextjs.org/learn) - an interactive Next.js tutorial.
