Easy HTML emails with variables

### Quick guide for new responsive HTML email templates

1. Write all your content
2. Make sure all your links actually go somewhere
3. Make sure images are hosted on pstatic or whatever the official server is
4. Make sure you're closing tables before the big call to action button, then re-opening them afterwards. This includes closing tr and td's as well— then reopening in reverse order
5. Make sure you have the buffers around the call to action button
6. Copy and paste all CSS _except_ the mobile stuff, until the <style> tags
7. Inline CSS
8. Copy mobile CSS stuff into new <style> tags, do not inline further
