# Dual License Agreement
By using this software, you agree to the terms and conditions of either the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (for non-commercial, open-source use) or the Commercial License, as described below.

## 1. GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (Non-commercial use)
This program is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.

This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. See the GNU Affero General Public License for more details.

Additional Requirements:
1. This license only applies to non-commercial use
2. Any modifications or derivative works must also be released under the AGPL-3.0 license
3. You must provide attribution to the original author
4. You must clearly display a notice stating the use of this software and its licensing terms
5. Any modifications that constitute improvements, bug fixes, or enhancements must be submitted as Pull Requests to the original repository at [https://github.com/u12206050/directus-extension-dev-canvas](https://github.com/u12206050/directus-extension-dev-canvas). This includes but is not limited to:
   - Performance improvements
   - Bug fixes
   - Feature enhancements
   - Security improvements
   - Documentation improvements
   The original author reserves the right to accept or reject such contributions at their discretion.

## 2. Commercial License
For use in a commercial environment, or if you are a for-profit organization, you must purchase a commercial license. This license grants you the right to use the Software in enterprise settings, where "commercial use" is defined as use within a for-profit organization or for commercial purposes. A commercial license includes:

Use of the Software for profit-generating purposes within your organization.
Access to all future updates and patches. 
Access to pay-per-hour support (if applicable).
