Signs a Bitcoin transaction with a key pair.

#### Parameters

##### txHex

`Hex`

The hex-encoded transaction to sign.

##### keyUri?

`string`

The URI of the key to sign the transaction with.

#### Returns

`Promise`\<`Hex`\&gt;

A promise that resolves to the hex-encoded signed transaction.
