In this step, the polyfill is NOT loaded and we create
a database in plain IE indexedDB scenario.
The purpose is to verify that we at the next page is able
to add the polyfill and still be able to use the existing database as
well as upgrading it to start utilizing compound and multiValue indexes.

In phase 2, we will include the polyfill and migrate the existing database.
