<p>Layout inspired by <a href='http://www.perceptualedge.com/articles/misc/Bullet_Graph_Design_Spec.pdf'>Stephen Few</a>. Implementation based on work by <a href='http://projects.instantcognition.com/protovis/bulletchart/'>Clint Ivy</a>, Jamie Love of <a href='http://www.nsquaredsoftware.com/'>N-Squared Software</a> and <a href='http://www.jasondavies.com/'>Jason Davies</a>. The “update” button randomizes the values slightly to demonstrate transitions.</p>
