Compute for your agents: a fresh cloud machine for every task, with Claude Code on it.
```sh
npm i -g @abuaboud/box
box
```
`box` signs you in (a browser approval, once), makes a box from your team's environment, and opens Claude on your
laptop in a git worktree whose builds, tests and servers run on the box. Every port you open gets a preview link.
| Command | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| `box` | Pick one of your boxes, or make a new one |
| `box new [-e env] [--size small\|medium\|large] [--always-on]` | Always make a fresh box |
| `box <name>` | Back to a box |
| `box ls` | List your boxes and where Claude runs |
| `box code [env]` | Open every box of an environment in one VS Code window |
| `box rm <name>` | Delete a box; unpushed work goes to `cb/<name>` first |
| `box --remote` | Run Claude on the box instead, so it keeps going with the laptop shut |
| `box upgrade` | Update now (box also updates itself; `CBOX_NO_UPDATE=1` turns that off) |
Every box is also an SSH host, `<name>.box`, for ssh, scp, rsync and VS Code Remote-SSH. Local boxes live in `~/.box`.
