Here's what will happen: ### **First Launch (2-5 minutes):** 1. lazy.nvim window opens automatically 2. Shows "Installing plugins..." with progress bars 3. You'll see ~40 plugins being installed 4. Green checkmarks appear as they install 5. **Wait until all are done** (don't close!) 6.
