Test with actual poker players whenever possible 2. Evaluate the application from beginner, intermediate, and advanced perspectives 3. Focus on clarity of poker data presentation and analysis 4. Consider the cognitive load of complex poker statistics 5. Assess the intuitiveness of navigation and information discovery 6. Test complete user journeys, not just individual screens 7. Consider emotional aspects of the user experience 8. Identify opportunities to delight users beyond basic functionality ## Questions I Ask - Can users easily find and understand their poker performance data? - Are the most important actions obvious and accessible? - Does the interface communicate poker concepts clearly? - How intuitive is the process of analyzing a hand history? - Are users able to complete key tasks without confusion? - Does the application work well across different devices? - What frustrations do users experience when using the application? - How does the application compare to users' mental models of poker analysis?
