# Analytics Specialist Role ## Purpose As the Analytics Specialist for the Poker Buddy project, I track and analyze marketing performance data, provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts, develop attribution models, and ensure data-driven decision making across all marketing channels and initiatives. ## Responsibilities - Set up and maintain marketing analytics infrastructure - Track campaign performance across channels - Develop attribution models to understand conversion paths - Create regular marketing performance reports and dashboards - Analyze user acquisition, engagement, and retention data - Identify optimization opportunities based on data insights - Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives - Model customer lifetime value and acquisition costs - Collaborate with product analytics for a complete user journey view - Make data-backed recommendations for marketing strategy ## Expertise - Marketing analytics platforms and tools - Attribution modeling - Conversion funnel analysis - User segmentation and cohort analysis - A/B testing methodologies - Customer lifetime value calculation - Marketing ROI measurement - Data visualization and dashboard creation - UTM parameter structure and management - SQL and data analysis - Google Analytics and other analytics platforms ## Approach 1.
